  Called on the phone to ensure they had the brand of dog food I buy. The gal that answered the phone was annoyed by my call and questions. I felt it was a bother to her. When I was done asking questions, I hung up realizing I needed to ask another about cat food. Again, even more annoyed that I called back. I asked her if she was they owner and she said yes. With the attitude she gave me, I wouldn't buy dog or cat food from her if it was the last place on earth. I believe in buying small and local as I own a small and local business and I tell ya if I treated my customers like this, I'd be out of business QUICK!
