After being told to wait multiple times on the phone and listening to multiple conversations between the service station and other customers, I received no help. I just wanted to know if you could preorder things and have them ready for pickup upon arrival (large quantities of boards of various sizes). The woman gave me no information, and I was hung up on by the customer service representative! Extremely unacceptable for any service department.
